He missed 7 field goals and 3, 3 pointers. That's 10 missed shots with 14 made. That's 71% shooting. I'll ask again, do you even watch basketball?

And this by the way is coming from someone who hates the Cavs so having to defend Lebron isn't something I enjoy doing but I can't allow gloat's version of the truth to be spread around.

Ah, I love this part. The one thing Lebron fans can never argue against- SHOT CHARTS! It exposes just what type of player he is, almost every game.
Granted, I think he played well today- not great, but good.

Lebron made 7 shots that are worth noting. 7. Wow! 7 shots!! And that's being VERY lenient considering most of them are still easy shots.
Notice his misses. The guy still can't shoot the basketball.

But you'll notice where all his points come from. Other than 1 blind squirrel 3 pointer he lobbed up and banked in.

He's a huge player that's very fast. That's where the description should end. Big. Fast. That's all there is to Lebron James.

So by using his size and speed to get to the hoop which is what he does best and the fact that nobody can stop him makes him overrated.

    Whatever.

No. The MEDIA makes him overrated. It's beyond his control. He'd have to walk on water and win 5 championships to NOT be overrated the way they hype this guy.
Did you see how much they talked about Lebron James today? They acted like the Pistons weren't even there playing. For them to talk about the guy the ENTIRE time, he should have had 60 points, 10 rebounds, 10 steals, 5 blocks, and 15 assists.

You just don't understand the simple term: overrated.

I think you expect too much from Lebron. Besides the Pistons lost by like 20 some points, they really weren't playing.

That's the point though. The media makes you expect that much due to... over rating him.

Again, it has nothing to do with him being good. Just not as good as they act.

I really think you guys don't understand what overrated means. A player can still be great and be overrated.

STOP SAYING THAT! We all know what overrated means. Everyone knows what overrated means.

I think your the one overrating him. Unless it's on FSN Ohio nobody is overrating Lebron like you seem to believe they are.

By some of the replies in this thread, I really don't think that everybody does know.

The other day I heard a conversation on ESPN about whether or not LeBron can average a triple double for a whole season. The fact that this was even a question to bring up was pretty ridiculous in itself but one of the guys actually said he would do it, and the other said it was a possibility but unlikely. That's when you know he's overrated.
