Parlavecchio promoted?

THE TENNESSEAN - 2-9-2013.
'Assistant earned his new job'. (Munch promoting Asst. Special Teams coach Parlavecchio to LB coach).
The best part of the story is where it says, "He challenged anyone who suggests his resume isn't worthy of coaching a position in just his third season in the NFL.". Afterall, he used to be a linebacker in college, (Munchs' roommate!), AND spend two decades as a high school coach!!!!! Hummmm, sounds right on track for the Titans.
2013 is going to be real interesting!
Advise: update resume.
