Posted by ESPN.com's Paul Kuharsky
NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- No personal fouls. Jeff Fisher preached all week about how the Titans couldn't afford pre- or post-snap penalties.

But the Titans have not been able to restrain themselves sufficiently.

Defensive linemen William Hayes and Jason Jones and right tackle David Stewart have all been flagged for personal fouls and we've still got eight minutes left in the second quarter.

Tennessee can't afford to keep giving away big chunks of yards unrelated to Baltimore skill players making gains.
