So he turned the Broncos into the best team in the AFC but with the Titans he would've sucked??

If you remember the Broncos were in the playoffs last year. They had an Top-10 defense, solid run game, and a good offensive line. The Titans have crappy coordinators, terrible [young] defense, horrid [injured] o-line, and a decent run game.... the fit wasn't there for Peyton.

I agree of course our O-line problems were mainly due to injury and given that we would've been running different plays who knows if they get injured with Peyton here??

Regardless, the idea that this team wouldn't have finished ANY better with Peyton is ridiculous to me.


And the point is: Bud Adams tried to do everything he could to make this team immediately good.

Well obviously we would of been better than 6-10, no doubt. I just don't see us as being as good as the current Broncos, that's all I was saying. I thought people were saying that if we had Peyton we'd be the #1 seed, which IMO is cray.

I agree. I think we'd be 10-6 and a wild card though.
