I figured Zach Brown would've been ranked higher, excellent year.

The NFL should look into an incentive pay scale for NFL players.

Each position has a base salary and the salary goes up as performance goes up. Set mile stones for every td, so many yards, etc. Make them earn the money they get.

Will never happen. I'll start with one word: concussions. Guys would try to play through them.

I just hope that Morgan can turn some of those QB pressures into more sacks.

I really hope that Williams is able to get the most out of the young defensive talent that we have. Defense is one thing that can be turned around quickly with the right guy running the show.

CJ shouldnt have that big of a contract, but that's a different debate and I'm not going to start it here.

    ___

I'd like to resign Spoon for like 2yr/2mil of something like that. He's a solid vet that can play all 3 LB positions. He had a: 2012 Cap Hit:$4.5m -- 2012 Performance Based Value: $930kValue Differential:-$3.6m. Keep in mind he was injured alot, and lost PT to Brown. If he's willing to a backup/mentor, bring em back.
    ___

Griffin should be cut, but wont. He was awful all year. I'd have zero issues cutting him and using #10 on Vaccarro. Won't happen, and it's nearly impossible.
    ___

    Other Notes:
Hutch should retire. Munch wont cut him, i'm sure he has to much respect for him.
Hass will hopefully rework his deal for like 2M-3M instead of 7.5m.
I don't want to cut ties with Kam, yet. Hopefully a better #2 0-tech DT will free him up.
