Philip Rivers signs extension

    Yes, I would give Mariota to the Chargers with a nice shiny bow stuck to his forehead for Phillip Rivers.

    It's obviously a wait and see on Mariota. But I don't like Rivers. Physically he is a rock. And he's good. But I find him flaky if not a baby. I also don't think he's much of a winner and intangibly has nothing on your guy you have now.

    Yeah, I mean MM may turn out to be wonderful, but Rivers has already proven he can play the position at a high level.

    There's no getting around it. Phillip is an absolute juggernaut.

    He still hasn't won anything. I think some of it is him.
