    SUMMARY: Height: 5-9.5Weight: 17740 Time: 4.35With the 215th pick of the 2006 NFL Draft, the Tennessee Titans select DB Cortland Finnegan from Samford.Finnegan is a four-year starter awarded multiple All-Conference and All-America honors since his sophomore campaign. He led the team in tackles for the third straight season as a senior posting 98/1/7.

    Four year starter that runs a 4.35 and evidentally produced against lesser competition. Intriguing pick. Also very impressive that he could lead his team in tackles three straight years from that position.

    I talked about this last year but you don't pay massive money for a CB just to see him get hurt returning the football. It may continue for a while longer but I bet Fisher would like to look at some options. The Penn State kid can also return punts.

    Lead the team in tackles 3 years in a row. Sounds like a likes (or isn't afraid of) contact. Gunny won't like this, but could this guy be this year's Hill with more physicality?
