    How can a child that young ever deserve anything? They truly don't know any better. They're like your puppy that constantly disobeys and sh*ts on your floor. They have to be taught.

    That mom is a horrible parent for two reasons... She let her kid repeatedly misbehave and she didn't even do anything when the guy poured the milk (or whatever that was) on the kid. Terrible.

    Guy deserved to get his ass kicked... and the mom is a joke.

    Total lack of parenting. Doesn't even do anything when the guy reaches in to the kid's cart and starts grabbing things. How oblivious and negligent can you be as a parent?

    Kid deserved it though. Now he knows there are consequences for your actions. Something the parent has apparently never taught that little ****er.

    Mom should have told the child "don't keep poking the dog with the stick".
    The dog did the teaching. Nobody got hurt.
    All is well.

    Sound would help as it looks like the kid thought the man was playing.

    If the man told the kid to stop and he didn't, or the mom noticed and did nothing, then he should of grabbed the cart and shoved it away. I wouldn't spray stuff on the kid or mom.

    So I go "none of the above."
