I remember it used to be the total opposite.

They are. Check out our visits so far. 3 first round prospects and 2 had private workouts Carr/Barr. Both available which position is more important? QB obviously and then you consider the new regime who will not want to stand behind Hurt Locker. We have interviewed or had a visit with our first round pick as far back as I can remember and I'm assuming Bortles is gone so that leaves Barr and Carr. I figure I got 50/50. Then again this isn't the last of our visits so its a bit premature but we wouldn't have a private workout for no reason other than we are seriously considering him.

Could be seriously considering him with our second round pick. Taking Carr at 11 is about as big of a reach as the Vikings taking Ponder in the first. I'd be...seriously disappointed with that selection.

This is crazy, I was just thinking about them taking Carr with our 2nd rounder. He seems to fit the Wiz type of offense also.

I'd definitely take Carr at 42. Doubt he sticks around that long, but he may. However, Carr at 11 would make me throw up.

Oh I dont know. He has coached winning teams, winning players, been to the bowl, I believe more than once. You know, the usual ways that coaches earn respect. When you coach winners, you know what they look like, maybe that translates into spotting them in the Draft at a bit higher percentage than others.

and fish-munch and bunch suck..my dog would command more respect than those two.

Yeah don't know how I would feel if he goes 11 to us but he won't be there round 2. Bridgewater has a better chance of falling to us in the second than Carr. He seems to be rising as of late. I have this gut feeling we are targeting him though. Would be kind of awesome if we got him and he lit it up. Houston then got ****ed by both Carr brothers :)

The visits don't necessarily matter because there will be at least three times as many players visiting than we are capable of drafting, but whoever we draft will likely have had a visit with us - unless someone unexpected drops to us and we pull the trigger.

Confused why we haven't brought Mack in, but I guess we are banking on him being long gone at #11, which seems likely.

I have never looked too much into pre draft visits, nor will anything change this year.
