I can't believe Zay is coming in for a visit. If we draft him, I'll be ecstatic.

I think Jones falls into the range of if we get a 2nd rnd pick in a trade or a guy we might be able to land in the 3rd. I certainly don't see him as a 1st rnder.

I really like this guy. Early 2nd rounder for him. I can see it now...

Titans trade #5 with the Saints for #11 and #43

    #11: OJ Howard
    #18: Gareon Conley
    #43: Zay Jones

Perfect start to the draft, id say.

So Wednesday was apparently the last day teams can have pre-draft visits. Here are all the official visits I'm aware of (that count towards our 30 visits):

    First round talents:

    1. Jonathan Allen
    2. Jamal Adams
    3. OJ Howard
    4. Mike Williams
    5. John Ross
    6. Corey Davis
    7. Marshon Lattimore
    8. Gareon Conley
    9. Chidobe Awuzie
    10. Adoree Jackson
    11. Reuben Foster
    12. Haason Reddick

    Later round talents:

    13. Jonnu Smith
    14. Josh Dobbs
    15. DeAngelo Yancey
    16. Chris Godwin
    17. Damorea Stringfellow
    18. Zay Jones
    19. Duke Riley
    20. Jordan Morgan
    21. Brad Seaton
    22. Jamal Agnew
    23. Grover Stewart

Based on this list and the rumors swirling around, my best guess for the 1st round:

    A. We will absolutely try to trade down;

    B. If can't trade down:

    i) At 5, we select, in order of availability: Allen, Williams, Lattimore

ii) At 18, if we go WR at 5, we select in order of availability: Conley, Awuzie, Jackson. If we go D at 5, we pick whoever is left of Howard and the big 3 WR.

1 week till we find out!

I honestly don't like any of these guys at 5, for our team except a medically cleared latt. Adams and allen are top 5 talents, but we have 3 pretty goods, 1 pretty good de and a great de. Looks like we are banking on a trade back with those visits. I like pretty much all of them at 10+. But, its interesting to me that we don't have many 2nd round graded players, if we're looking to trade back. Going to be an interesting draft.

The first round is finally here. Below are the official visits from first round quality players. Two of these guys will be Titans tomorrow!

    1. Jonathan Allen
    2. Jamal Adams
    3. OJ Howard
    4. Mike Williams
    5. John Ross
    6. Corey Davis
    7. Marshon Lattimore
    8. Gareon Conley
    9. Chidobe Awuzie
    10. Adoree Jackson
    11. Reuben Foster
    12. Haason Reddick

My final prediction is Williams and Awuzie.

Final list of visits (Drafted by the Titans in Bold):

    Zay Jones, ECU
    Corey Davis, WR, Western Michigan
    Jonnu Smith, TE, FIU

    Chidobe Awuzie, CB, Colorado
    O.J. Howard, TE, Alabama
    Reuben Foster, LB, Alabama
    John Ross, WR, Washington
    Mike Williams, WR, Clemson
    Marshon Lattimore, CB, Ohio State
    Jonathan Allen, DL, Alabama
    Haason Reddick, LB, Temple
    Gareon Conley, CB, Ohio State
    Duke Riley, LB, LSU
    Adoree’ Jackson, CB/KR/PR, USC
    Chris Godwin, WR, Penn State
    DeAngelo Yancey, WR, Purdue
    Jeremy Cutrer, CB, MTSU
    Jamal Agnew, CB, San Diego
    Damore’ea Stringfellow, WR, Ole Miss
    Jordan Morgan, OL, Kutztown
    Brad Seaton, OT, Villanova

Once again, it's pretty clear that unlike some teams (looking at you Chicago), TN prefers to draft players they've visited with, worked out, and have been able to get a good feel for.

Titansized had some good write ups on the fits these guys could be prior to the draft:

Still not thrilled about it. Draft didnt go near what i expected. Jrob absolutely made the right call going wr first. And pretty much all the cbs i wanted were off the board.

Time will tell if Adoree is our guy. But until then ill root for him and Go Titans!
