Game Day Thread Preseason Game 3: Bears @ Titans

If adorable wants to upgrade to have his own personal island, he needs to stop that with his perfect mirroring.

 

If your standard for a rookie CB is to hold an island all game long and not give up completions with perfect throws and great catches, then you are going to be disappointed.

He's saying we haven't shown our hand so far in preseason that we'll use to beat teams in the regular season with

 

Cameron Meredith is apparently set to make a full recovery and be back in as little as 8 months, since there is little damage other than the ACL tear.

Does anyone actually care about the injury updates for a guy whose career seemingly ended vs. us? Or more concerned with getting the latest Dodd sucks/Adoree is short update?

 

My standard is when the CB is able to play perfect, there height shouldn't hold there tracking skill back when it's perfect.

 

I don't know man, Eric Rowe is 6'1" and there was nothing he could do here.





Sometimes the other guy just makes a play. If you do everything perfectly and the other guy just makes a play sometimes you just have to accept it. The other guys get paid to play too.

 

Don't get me wrong I want him to be good on ST; but I am far more concerned w/ how he covers WRs. We have been plain horrible in coverage for yrs. Finding a good CB has been a long process for this team. We finally invested a 1st round pick in one. I want him to be good. He will get burnt. There is no way a rookie is not going to make mistakes. It's part of learning the game at this level. I just hope he picks it up quick. We need him to be capable of covering good WRs pretty soon IMO.

 

Yes sir considering hes going to have to to against pretty good talent year in and out,guys like Robinson, Hopkins, Hilton.....

 

hmmm......talk about player on another team or talk about those on our team......yep- Dodd sucks and Jackson is a rookie playing liking a rookie but has flashed some potential..
