Preseason Game 3: Titans @ Raiders

No surprise, we knew our CBs suck and it will have to be addressed the next draft or some major trade. But our offense is moving down the field and scoring.

 

Still doesn't answer the 5-10 off receiver defense. He doesn't play man-press coverage.

 

we play these guys in a month, we aren't going to show much of what we're going to do on defense, keep that in mind when evaluating the scheme on Defense

 

Wellll we lost griffin who was the cornerstone of this defense

 

A satisfying first half. Offense looks really, really sharp. OL just completely dominant. Murray and Henry are such a great duo. Henry is really going to be a special player. Marcus has as high of an IQ for a QB as possible. Just a smart, special player.

That 14 play drive that ended in a Henry TD took 9 mins. 9 mins!! I love that. That's a recipe for winning football and is a prime example of why this will be a decent football team this season.

But the DBs. ..just horrendous.. Terrible. . That'll be our downfall this season. We're going to be involved in more high scoring games than people think.

Can't fix everything in one off season but the secondary will be priority 1 and 2 next off season.

I believe our DL + OLB will get more pressure than they have been in the pre season but the pass D will still be a major problem

 

I wonder what CB's might become available?
