12-14 months after the PS3 release .......
biggest hurdle = SIZE
the game nearly fills a 50gb BluRay
would be difficult to fit onto DVD-9 media
still, Konami looks to have been giving this some thought
That is all the same BS spread by the same website Xboxfamily. Every article refers to an 'unnamed' Konami representative telling Xboxfamily they are doing the 360 version.
It has since been proven wrong and debunked by Kojima himself.
It was never going 360 and probably never will.
The game fills a 50GB disk and that is with things missing.
I'm not sure why you bought a PS3 in the first place if, according to you, has no games and an outdated control... but please stop spreading lies about the online experience. It is well known that there's hardly a problem with lag in the PSN. Sure, there are games that might lag here and there, but for the most part it is lag free.
I have played many games online including COD4, Resistance, MLB The Show, Burnout Paradise, Motorstorm, GTAIV, Dirt and Warhawk - of all these games, I've only had lag issues with The Show. Every other game has been completely lag free. It also worths to point out that I don't have the fastest connection and I live outside the US.
A lot of people complain about the lag. But in it's defense - it is free, so what can you expect?
People are going to have different experiences. I've had lag before, but it's usually forgivable because 95% of my experience is lag free.
Gloat is right. The service is completely free, so why should I complain for that 5% of times?
on the other hand - no excuse for 360 lag, no excuse
*Yossarian had to pay for 360 service so he has every right to complain
I've only experienced lag in 360 a few times, but it was one individual. You check the connections, and the guy that's jumping all over the place has 1 bar of red.
