You kno its not really their fault. Thousand dollars for you guys? Jesus. Im cool with the PS3 cuz im more of a NBA 2k7 Madden 07 MLB 2k7 person. I really dont care for the shooters and crap. Some of them are alright but oh well.

Why did they make so many of there games multi platform or w/e u would call it?

Dont tell me Resident Evil will be on 360 now... if so Sony is screwed

Basically developers have a choice on which console to make their game on.

PS3 is apparently harder to make games for and the 360 is the popular choice right now due to price (and now potential games that Sony used to have)

    cost of parts and production.

But also dollar value is different in Australia than America.
One dollar here isn't worth a dollar in the USA.

Not right now. $1000 is too much and I got plenty to play on PS2/X-Box.

Plus I am not sure what console I will get. If Metal Gear and FF13 goto 360 I will be 99% certain to be getting it (well first). I will probably eventually end up with both.

Because they put that silly blue-tooth player in it. Take that out and they could sell cheaper than 360's and be competitive. Nobody cares about high-def dvds or blue tooth yet anyway.
