Raiders waive former first-round pick WR Williams

Troupe isn't worth a dime to this team besides jumping over people like he's some kind of track star... and that is only on the few chances he gets an open field reception. Vince had him on a wide open TD pass vs the Raiders and Troupe did nothing but let it go over his big head, my question is why didn't he use that big leaping ability to jump up and catch the ball? I've had enough of Troupe he hasn't done anything but show a few sparks and come up short again and again... after this year he'll be gone if not sooner. Although I think you people who say bring in Mike W. and make him a TE are totally insane.
