Randy Moss being shopped ?

They don't want any more WRs than we do.

 

Think about it..

The pats give a 4th rd pick to get moss. Now after a couple of months with the organization they want to trade him away for about the same thing. It's like they are saying he is worthless!

The pats are not a dumb organization they obviously see that he isn't a dominating player any longer. The raiders saw that. His third team in a little over 2 years is shopping him!


Moss went to camp and couldn't distinguish himself as better than the other guys they have. So why would we want him? Would he even start for us?

That's a huge cap hit for a guy who is not going to help this team and i bet you if they trade him it will be for a pick lower than the one they gave up.

 

We don't want moss here and he doesn't want us..

We don't throw the ball enough and he will come here and start complaining. He's at patriots camp and he probably isn't outperforming caldwell or gaffney the guys they started last year. So the pats are saying WTF we have to pay this guy good money, for what?

 

The best reason I would want Moss here at this point is as a decoy. And it would work well for a few weeks I bet, send Moss deep on fly routes so when Vince scrambles maybe 2 defenders are way downfield on Moss. Also, if it puts other teams number 1 CB on Randy, that makes things easier for B.Jones and co.

I would be for it, but I think the character issue will keep the front office from seriously considering it. He may bring the team down more than he helps too, so that has to be considered.
