    a job as a trainer wouldn't help him get retail experience now would it.

    If an above average football player needs a job in retail after he gets done playing, he didn't manage his money well enough. Or his image.

    If Elam plays his cards right he should never have to work a "real job" in his life.

    Well that makes sense. I thought he was doing this because his post football goal is to be sales manager at Dicks.
