Reasons for optimism: Do we have enough room? No team improved more over the course of the season, which means the owner won't stupidly fire a very good coaching staff. Vince Young has colossal potential and definitely seems to be in the proper NFL "pass-first mindset" that will allow him to use his running ability as a weapon and not a crutch. Offensive line is anchored by two quality sophomore tackles. Pac-Man Jones is the NFL's best cornerback outside of Denver. If Stephen Tulloch matures, the Titans will have a trio of excellent linebackers. - foxsports.com

The rankings also talked about the need to keep Norm Chow around to ensure continuity in offensive systems, and this is key. The best quarterbacks in the league for the most part have been in the same offensive system for many years. Learning new systems every year isn't good for a quarterback.
(See: Kordell Stewart, Michael Vick, Mark Brunell in Washington).

yeah i actualy fogot to post that...i realy want norm chow bak again...but everything he said is complelty true.....tulluch should start along with bulluck and thorton, pac is an amazing corner and if we had just a decent option on the other side and a FS able to somewat cover we'd have an amazingly strong secondary and vince has proved when (during the couse of the season) that he truly is a pass first qb
