He was around the football quite a bit.

 

On the other hand, Pitoi-a-big-guy doesn't look like an impact player. Their RB ran past him on a cut back and all he could do was a Whiffin-like attempt. He's a big guy, but doesn't look like a ball player on the field.

 

Yea he did a good job when he was in, hopefully he can build off of last night's performance and become a good pass rusher for us.

 

Brown and Fokou were all over the place at the start of the game, I was hearing one of their names called nearly every play. Makes me think we might be okay when McCarthy goes down for the season or extended periods of time, since you know... that is inevitable

 

Yep. They gave the guy many chances to shine...didn't get it done.

 

Speaking of DE's. Morgan looked like a monster out there. He was all over the place and usually in the backfield. He definitely stood out.



Also Verner looked really good. He looked like the #1 CB last night.

Jk, Morgan did look good, and as mentioned earlier so did Brown and Fokou.

I am seriously considering purchasing a Fokou jersey and removing the second "O" to wear when we play the Stoolers.

Fokou is really playing like he wants that MLB starting job. So far he's got it IMO.
