He did draft Sims and Reed last year. While they aren't the immediate answers you may be looking for, they could develop into solid pieces for us. Sims has a ton of upside. I see what you're getting at, but to say JRob "didn't touch CB" last year is just false.

True. Honestly, I think I meant during FA, but it's irrelevant to the point you're making. I can't fault JRob for how he drafted CB at this point, they were both relatively late(r) picks not expected to make an immediate impact. And they did make some plays.

A guy who has steadily declined since 2016 is injury prone popped positive for PEDs and avg 4.3 catches for 68 yds .16 TDs a game was supposed to command 9.5 million? Sure he has potential and it's only a one year prove it deal but the guy is not worth that money. I would have rather paid Pryor. At least he is trending in the right direction and gives a **** even if it rubs some people the wrong way.

As much as we criticize JRob about not taking secondary help last year in 2 who should he have taken other than Dodd, Henry or AJ?

If you're talking risk due to injury and not because he doesn't fit what JRob wants, I agree. But who were those players?

And which WR was going to be the deep threat the Titans lack?

I thought this was one of the weaker free agency years for WR. I wish a trade for Cooks would have happened but that wasn't about paying for a player but giving up draft picks.

I would have loved TP for 1 year 8 mil like he got from Washington. Would have allowed us to focus totally on defense in the draft.

As far and I understand, we were trying to get him. But it still seems odd to me that not only did Cleveland not retain him, but he went for such a low price. He's coming off a much better season and has a higher ceiling than Alshon, yet is making significantly less. And he's going to a franchise which historically takes big chances in FA. I'd offer him a 4 year contract at $8M per just based on his play, but there has to be more than what we see.

You'd think. 1 year around 8 mil would be a bargain...
