    The Mariani hate is insane.

Pro Bowler as a rookie, and we haven't had one since that 2010 season.

I dont think Mariani even makes the team. He was not anything to write home about in the first place, and now after missing a year..... hes really going to have to turn some heads to make it back. Especially when we already have a guy that can do returns. His value as a receiver is about the same as Hawkins. That being said, I would rather have him on the roster than Hawkins.

I know why he gets so much hate.

But I don't think he plays again.

I'm referring to the hate for him that his been alive in EVERY single season and EVERY single week even before the leg injury.

And it might be a brutal injury, but it doesn't mean his career is over... it very well might be, but don't count him out yet.

Someone else will give him a chance. Fisher would sign him in a heartbeat, and that's a signing I'd actually applaud him on.

Mariani - Boring as they come as a returner. He has had plenty of opportunities to take one home if he had semi decent speed, instead of "ankle weight" speed.

Darius - Makes my heart stop every time he returns a punt.

So, I will reserve judgement when the rest of our roster shapes up.

Mariani is a baller. Reliable as hell, and can take it all the way. DW, you gd racist mfer.

As long as Mariani hasn't just totally destroyed his leg, he's our guy.

Thats fair I was pretty excited for him at the beginning of last season, seemed to start getting more involved in the offense, as well as be a reliable return man.

I'm not racist. It's scientific fact that white guys loses to black at any athletic position in sports.

Why do you think Gonzaga always loses?
