That's cool not every player can bounce back from an injury like that. You gave me two examples and both of them are running backs. There is more stopping, jumping, hip movement, and of course tackling as a defensive back. There are more assignments playing in the secondary as compared to a running back getting the ball and running. Sure they have to make cuts but there are more split second decisions to be made as a defensive back.

    You're dreaming, man.

If the year was 2008, they would take that trade. Griffin actually appeared to be good back then and Hasselbeck still had a few seasons left in the tank.

If Griffin and Hasselbeck were cheap players, this might be a trade they'd take since you're also throwing in a 2nd round pick. But due to the fact that Griffin is top 5 in terms of contracts for safeties (retarded, I know) and Hasselbeck is due $7-9mil this season (I believe).

Their entire reasoning for trying to trade Revis is to clear up cap room. They would be paying more for Hass, Vag, and Verner than Revis.

Verner and a 2nd would honestly be a lot more likely to happen... and it's still very unlikely.

Because Jamaal Charles and Peterson are common examples of what athletes play like after ACL injuries...

I think you have to consider what you will get in the draft. Revis might have a tough year next year, but he is the best CB in the league when healthy, and an ACL isnt the end of your career. Depending on what they want (even a 1st straight up), I think it has to be considered.

The first year back is the toughest. But keep in mind that Edgerin James was a good back after his tore his ACL. Britt, I expect will be much better next year (as long as his ******* isnt in jail). Revis is in the prime of his career, it is worth considering.

They might. Next year is the last year on his contract and he cannot be franchised. They either get something for him now, or lose him. I expect they will take less than what people think. I think a 1st round pick is all it will take. And even at the Titans spot, who in this draft is going to be better than Revis over the next 5 or 6 years?

If Percy Harvin is worth a late 1st, 7th, & a future pick, does that mean we could have Revis for say our 2nd & 3rd?

Not worth it. We have too many holes to waste those picks on a diva who is gonna wanna get majorly paid by the team who trades for him. Pass.
