has us picking Devin Thomas in the 1st. IMO - I'd be happier than a pig in **** with this selection. Click on the video. Yes, I know it's a highlight film. Still....damn....

I'd be OK with the pick, but again. This guy padded stats by torching the worst teams on MSU's schedule. The actual good teams he faced? He had 55 yards or so in most.
The NFL doesn't have teams like Indiana, Iowa, and Bowling Green where you simply run fast and score TDs. Other than that, I don't see what he does that makes him better than ANY of the other top 5 receivers.

Well actually Indiana and Iowa had 2 of the best cornerbacks in the country. Charles Godfrey (Iowa) and Tracy Porter (IU) are both ranked as top10 corners and projected 2nd round draft picks.

Good info. Still hesitant to have any faith at all in this guy. He looks like just another speedster. No route running ability, no spectacular hands, nothing but the ability to outrun college cbs.

But he did not just out run the DB's, he left them in the dust. I would love him, but he will not be there when we pick.
