Robinson on Lewan Ouch!

Ouch what?

I mean dont get me wrong, I think Lewan needs to toughen up some myself, but what was so bad about Robinson saying that?

Did he directly reference Lewan? The radio show is a good thing. Production on the field needs to be number 1, but the radio show has its place as well.

 

It's not bad, but it can definitely be interpreted as a clear shot against Lewan. It's probably needed. The Titans need him to get much better and that might mean taking football more seriously and not worrying about trying to be a celebrity.

Which is why I said it can be interpreted as a shot against Lewan.

GMs (the good ones, at least) choose their words very carefully. Lewan will notice this.

You don't seriously think Robinson would go in public and say "You suck, Lewan. You are bad," do you? The NFL is a smidge more subtle than that.
