I agree. While I do not know if the Titans are any better or worse at training, there are differences. Some trainers are just better than others. But not only that, you have player trainers who demand less, and drill seargeants who demand more. Injuries are a reflection of training as well as luck. So I honestly do believe that training has some impact. Prevention is real medicine. It's a medical specialty all on it's own. And that plays into this as well. Some trainers are just better at preventing injuries. The irony however, is that most injuries, I would think, happen to healthier people, because they are more willing to take themself to an extreme in sport. So Lendale may be onto something.
