    I agree. While I do not know if the Titans are any better or worse at training, there are differences. Some trainers are just better than others. But not only that, you have player trainers who demand less, and drill seargeants who demand more. Injuries are a reflection of training as well as luck. So I honestly do believe that training has some impact. Prevention is real medicine. It's a medical specialty all on it's own. And that plays into this as well. Some trainers are just better at preventing injuries.

    The irony however, is that most injuries, I would think, happen to healthier people, because they are more willing to take themself to an extreme in sport. So Lendale may be onto something.

    I think you mean the 2004 season where we were close to the all time record for starter games missed due to injury.

    We had a team that should have been ~10-6 that year that just got decimated by the injury bug and ended 5-11. Fortunately, that resulted in our being able to pick an amazing shutdown corner 6th overall....oh wait....

    I think we had less than half our defensive starters towards the end of that year...

    We literally had guys off the street trying to play.
