Salary Cap question???

    So this article gives the amounts that we got to carry over this past year and that is part of the reason we still have the extra cap space that we do have. But in the article it mentions the CBA and years 2013-2016.

    Is the carry over still in effect for 2017?

    I thought that I had read somewhere that the carry over was just going to be in effect for a few yrs to help teams get their cap back in order after the new changes in the CBA. Can't find it anywhere now though. i sure hope we get to carry it over.

    I could deal with 60mil under the cap and only needing to replace 2 starters.

    I think it carries over one more year but at some point and time I thought teams had to spend 90 percent of the cap. Amy been raising prices and pocketing cap money since she took over part of why we suck
