Yeah that Tamma or Tamme or w/e is really underratted I'd be happy with a big target like him or Martellus Bennett.

I was under the impression that until he accepts the tag it doesn't go against the cap.

 

Now that you mention it, that's probably right. Maybe it's performance bonuses that someone got.
