Just because they have a lot of potential doesn't mean they're going to be good. Hawkins has shown some promise with his PT last year but I wouldn't be too quick to chalk him up high on the depth chart yet. He's been on the team for 3 years and has 19 receptions so not exactly moving up. I like D-Will, hopefully he can become a good WR for us over the next couple years. Mariani is mainly a return guy and has 0 career catches. We have a really good WR in Britt and an alright WR in Washington. If Britt can't get on the field due to injury, suspension, etc. we're screwed.
