    Great hire by schwartz, cunningham has coached some damn good defenses with the chiefs as DC in the 90s. Lots of experience and a former head coach. I thought schwartz would go with an experienced former head coach but he wanted cunningham not mcginnis.

    Schwartz's first major decision was a good one.
