Scouting Department Changes

This makes me very happy as the scouting department overhaul continues. Look back at drafts before jrob came they aren't exactly a ringing endorsement to keep your job.

 

It's still to early to even judge last year's class. Go away

 

The only pick from last season I am not too happy with is Dodd. I am afraid his injury will hamper his entire career. Everyone else can be a productive, valuable member of this football team IMO.

 

This is common practice.... When are they supposed to be replaced if not at the beginning of the next scouting season?

 

I agree I was willing to give Dodd another year then a week before the draft a report comes out he still has pain in the foot and I basically was just like **** it. He better be cut if he doesn't do a damn thing again this season. I wouldn't even care if it came before the season at this point.

 

"Blame"? We haven't seen any of these rookies on the field yet.

But yes our GM is responsible for the draft. However, "blaming"/complaining about GM for not hitting on picks in rounds 4-7 is silly

JRob bringing in his own guys I guess and there's nothing wrong with that.
