    John McCargo failed his physical after the Buffalo Bills traded him to Indianapolis. He's got a herniated disc in his back.
    Early Wednesday, Tony Dungy spoke optimistically about working McCargo into Sunday's game in Green Bay.
    They'll have to stop Ryan Grant, who ran a career-high 33 times in last week's win over Seattle, without him.
