Shaun Alexander released...Titans interested?

    Alexander has not been effective for 2 years now on a team that has a top 10 QB. Maurice morris averaged 4.5 ypc in that same offense running behind the same line that alexander got only 3.5 ypc.

    Alexander had a great career but the heavy work load of averaging 350 carries between 2003-2005 ruined him.

    Getting alexander now would have been like the cowboys getting eddie in 2004. It makes no sense.

    well believe it, because he's not worth it. I wish him the best but I think those heavy work loads in Seattle caved him in...he's not the player he used to be.

    How harmful could it be to have Shaun Alexander as our RB#3 next season?

    I mean, if he comes cheap.

    He's worth a look.

    Alexander is dis-interested as a blocker, and is not a receiving threat.

    The tip-toe bandit is done.

    #3 RB usually has a role on special teams.
