Shi-taki mushrooms anyone?

    Anyone know of any good receipts I could use to make these nasty little suckers taste better? Their health benefits are simply too good to pass up. What other food improves your respiratory system, blood circulation, heart & liver function, and also posses anti-aging properties.....

    I know you don't spell them shi-taki but this site blocks the S word.

    That would take care of the odd taste they have for sure.

    I find it funny that you suggested bacon as that's like the complete opposite of these mushrooms.
