Should we be worried that Vince can't throw deep?

it is a valid concern. His accuracy isn't that great.

Being an accurate passer, and being an accurate thrower are two different things. I think his physical ability to throw into areas accurately is good. What he needs to work on is his timing. He is struggling with his timing. I think they need to do more passes like the one to Troupe at the beginning of the game. Get him some short passes and get his confidence up.

 

mcnabb's first four starts are identical to vince's. mcnabb's % went up about 11% from his rookie year to his second year. we just have to play the waiting game now.

 

Alex Smiths must be up about 30% from his rookie year.

 

He wasn't even supposed to be ready to play until 07 or 08.

Get over it & enjoy watching him play. Mr Leinart has done Jack & **** the last two games. Vince is doing fine.

I'm not worried, the fact that he is 2-2 as a starter for a rookie in a pretty bad offense to begin with is very impressive, he's done better than Leinart, no not his rating, he's done better cos he's won games...
