Has anyone ever seen a QB pump their hand down to make the silent count, like Vince was doing last night? Anyone have any insight on why Vince did it that way (instead of the leg pump that other QBs typically do)?

Maybe so the defense can't see the leg pumps..his hands were low so they couldn't time the snap..that's my guess..

I was wondering about that also. I have to think it was done strategically tho..

Seen it a couple of times in College games, I think the Oregon quarterback uses it. My thinking is that you use the leg to start motion and the hand for the snap.
