This is the exact type of response I expected.

Find me someone who actually said the Titans will make the playoffs and the Texans will lose the rest of their games or miss the playoffs.

The Texans will still make the playoffs... and the Titans won't. I even made it clear that the Texans are better than the Titans.

The point of this thread was to demonstrate how overrated the Texans are. They finally face a good team and get blown out. This is what I've been saying all season... wait until they actually beat a good team to talk them up as the league's best team.

Watch... the Texans will come away with a close win against the Ravens next week and all the "experts" will go back to saying they're the best team in the league - even though the Ravens are in about as bad of shape as a team can possibly get, injury-wise... way worse than what the Texans injuries last year.

    Whoa there.....
    First and 2nd team QB
    Foster
    Andre
    Mario

    Suggs
    Ray
    Webb

Doesn't look WAY worse to me.

Did you really just mention Leinart as a loss? Losing Leinart is what allowed you guys to make the playoffs. If he remained the starter the rest of the way, you guys would've lost way more games and missed the playoffs.

And you're including Foster in there too? What'd he miss... two games (against bad teams)? C'mon... you know Tate is a reliable sub for him.

The Ravens will be missing Suggs, Lewis, Webb, and Ngata against you guys... 4 of their top 5 defensive players. Looks WAY worse to me. They will be fielding one of the worst defenses in the league come Sunday. Ed Reed is their only hope.

I hate the ratbirds. I want the murdermore ratbirds too exact sweet revenge for whatever deranged thing might motovate them. I want the cows unable too field a team by halftime. I want the game too be a boring 0-0 puntfest and end in a tie with gator cart runs being the only highlites

The Ravens all ready were fielding a bottom third defense before last weeks injuries. (22 nd in the league)
Their Offense is WAY better this year than their D. Their D obviously will suffer but not as bad as you think.

Green Bay did put a whipping on the Texans, an 18 point win in the NFL is like a 40 point win in college. It's especially bad when the Texans essentially turned a GB punt into a TD and a GB field goal into a TD because of stupid mental error penalties, but that's part of the game so it's not like those points don't count. But I disagree with the notion that great defenses can't have bad games. I only glanced at the last 2 years because I didn't want to fall down a rabbit hole.

Jets were a top 5 defense in 2010/2011.

2010: New England 45 Jets 3 (42 point win), Jets later beat the Patriots in the playoffs 28-21.
    2011: Philadelphia 45 Jets 19 (26 point win)

Steelers were a top 5 defense in 2010/2011.

2010: New England 39 Steelers 26 (13 point win), Pretty similar score to GB vs. Houston.
    2011: Ravens 35 Steelers 7 (28 point win)

Ravens were a top 5 defense in 2010/2011.

2010: Bills 34 Ravens 37 (Ravens did win, but they gave up 34 to the gunslinger Fitzpatrick)
    2011: Chargers 34 Ravens 14 (20 point win)

We will see how the Houston defense responds against the Ravens, who have become much more reliant on their offense, and Flacco can certainly sling it around some. While he is no Aaron Rodgers, how many QB's in the NFL are? I suppose the next few weeks will determine whether there is now a blueprint on how to beat the Texans.

Children of URANUS, how profound. Needs no more comment.

Texans "cows suck" comments are lame. Here's a photo of a BULL so you hillbillies will know the difference between a cow and a bull.

Texans is a charity case franchise anyway. Only exist because Bud moved to Nashville.
