You got an expantion team that, up until last year, has sucked since coming into the league. Tennessee got a team that went to the Super Bowl shortly after leaving Texas.

And Houston is the 4th largest city in the country, and had the Oilers went somewhere else and an expansion franchise came down to Nashville or Houston... Well, thats about an easy of a choice as it gets.
