    well I will be soon as it needs to be built first and that won't start til mid next year.

    I've always thought getting a loan, signing my life away would have a bad feeling with it, but I actually feel good about it.
    Seeing the design of the house with all the changes made has had me more excited too.

    Share the plans man. Have you placed a deposit on a developers new build or have you bought a plot and had something designed yourself?

    Congratulations , I have owned four homes and the last one I built I payed off about two years ago. I have come to the realization that I don't actually own it, the government is just allowing me to use it temporarily.
