So everyone here by now knows I'm a pretty opinionated person when it comes to football. I spend a good amount of time keeping up with this franchise, so I feel I'm qualified to shout out whatever I'm thinking regarding the Tennessee Titans. And just because I have many of my own ideas doesn't mean I don't respect others thoughts and opinions. So with that said, I will now make some bold statements about the future of the Titans. 1.) The Titans will draft a DT with their first pick this April. 2.) The Titans will cut Eugene Amano before training camp. Amano just got a raise, and I personally don't think anyone wants to pay him $4M for anything he does. 3.) Jordan Babineaux will not be our starting SS in 2013. I'm not sure how often he was benched last season, but it was a bunch. No way we go into 2013 with him starting. 4.) Colin McCarthy will play nearly every game next season. His high ankle sprain that sidelined him half of 2012 is a thing of the past, and if you break down how he was injured, it's unlikely to happen again. If he gets hurt again it wont be an ankle. 5.) Jake Locker will develop into a franchise QB. Maybe not a Tom Brady or Aaron Rodgers, but certainly a QB to build around for many years. anyone else want to make a bold statement?
