11 years is an adequate amount of time? Hell, Kubiak got 6 years. Most NFL Coaches would have been fired long before that. Wade Phillips is the ONLY reason the Texans are where there are. Its also clear from his past that it doesnt last.

Bob McNair is a buffoon as an NFL Owner. He didnt build anything. He is a nice guy who made a lot of money off Enron. He bought a franshise and samn near ran it into the ground before he firgured out how to let NFL people make the decisions. Keep in mind, this is the same guy who went to the NFL to try and convince them that Brian Cushing was actually pregnant. No Owner has ever done that in the history of the NFL.. NONE. They wont either.

NO actually this is our 10th anniversary season, last year we were contenders, so in about 8 years years they have built a contender from literally nothing..And Bob Mcnair has done more as an nfl owner in 10 years than that ****ing idiot sitting at the helm in tenenessee.Bob brought a team to houston, bulit the stadium with money out of his own pocket, and has built a contender for years to come. Bob Mcnair is probably one of the best owners in the nfl, ask any texans fan how they feel about him, unlike many of you titans fans who are just waiting for bud to die( which i read in another thread, and found pretty disgusting to say the least).
