Look, the Texans are a good team. No doubt about it. I hate to admit it, but it's true. But you guys are acting like you're SB bound and you've only beaten one decent team and two terrible ones. It's bad enough that you actually think that but then you come on our forum to rant about how great you are. You're just so happy to not be consistent basement dwellers anymore that you make a WAY bigger deal out of a couple of wins than the fans of any other team in the league.

That is a shining example of why Texan fans are, in fact, the ones with an inferiority complex (and always have been).

I'll tell you guys the same thing I told that in-over-his-head Chargers fans from a couple weeks ago: Please do come back in January/February. I'll be more than happy to discuss how great your team is with you then.

Are you serious? Are you really talking about the AFL championships?? The same league where there were only 8 teams total, and only had to bet out 4 whole teams to make it to the championship? And of course we know the Oilers history... WE LIVED it. There is a big difference between starting a team from complete scratch and merging two existing leagues. It just doesnt compare.

Of course we know the Texans sucked out of the gate. Capers and Casserly put together a CRAP team. It happens to many teams, let alone to an expansion franchise. So the eff what??? Live in the NOW. Those years of sucking have only made this recent success that much sweeter. Especially when I get to watch bitter titan fans like you that are from Houston go crazy because you NEVER though the Texans would ever surpass your team that is like 700 miles away.

You can hang your hat on whatever makes you feel better. But I know it aint working. Because as of now, The Texans are better in just about every way imaginable. Better stadium, louder fans, superior pregame party, better unis, better front office, better coaching, far more more valuable, first class organization, and what counts the most... Now a better team TEAM. Its like a perefect storm of SUCK for you. And you know it. Its why you keep bringing up all this holier than now mess about our lack of football knowledge and "championships" from back in the AFL days. Pleeeasse, who cares? Certainly not us. We got to live most of it anyway and now are in a much better position despite all the tough years we had of not having a team and expansion years. It was all worth it.

The Texans will be 42 one day. And the odds are very good that will have won a super bowl in the next 30 years. And what more important than that? We are much closer than you are to being able to win one than you are RIGHT NOW. And what matters more than that? Your current coaching staff has not proven a thing in this league yet as far as them being your long term solution. Its not a given that these coaches are going to get you into the playoffs consistently. And then its a roll of the dice again for you.

Say what you want about Kubiak, but this offense has been very hard to stop since he got here. Now moreso than ever. You try to load up the box to stop the run like Denver did and we go over the top of you. You try to play deep like Jax did and we dink and dunk and screen you to death eating up tons of time. And either way, we ARE running on you. So what if Wade finally completed the team? It doesnt take away anything for me on Kubes, he is the offensive guru guy. And job well done.

Barring a bunch of major injuries, do you really think this defense is still going to fall of so much? If anything, we could be better than last year with JJ Watt in his second year now. Not likely.
