You are right, I misread that. But, I still dont think it was a dream sequence though. Even with Carmella though, she is a devout catholic right up until the point that it would interfere with her ability to live a life of luxury financed by her husbands crimes. So, I dont consider her devout either. But regardless, I think the line about birth control, and the scene in general, was just trying to show them being as normal a family as possible. But again, the final scene is left open so there is no right or wrong opinion.

I don't think it was either. Nobody's tried that crap since Dallas, have they?

I wasn't sure about the ending at first, but I guess it was OK. I didn't want to see Tony whacked.
It showed them back out in public, Tony having to watch who's around. Notice he always sits facing the entrance. Life going on...we'll see what all happened in the reunion show.

I dont think there will be a movie or reunion type show. James Gandolfini says he is done with playing Tony, and David Chase had to be drug back just to write and produce a full last season (he had only wanted 4 episodes). I think if you see anything it will be a prequel with Junior and Tonys dad back in their prime.

A prequel? hey yeah, that would be a good idea.
It worked for Dumb and Dumber....

Seriously, I'd like to see that.
