    making teams pay for blitzing will be the only thing to stop the blitzing

    MM said some was on him. Thats just leadership :bs: unless MM was tripping the rookie RT or throwing sticks under Schwenke very little was on him. Dont even have to watch the film.

    if there is a way to punish the D for blitzing that dont involve throwing the rock I will be for that also.

    I know 'max protect' makes the Titan D look like they are trying to run through concrete barriers, but when the Titans 'max protect' that just delays the SAC by half a heartbeat.

    The issue appears to be an OL that cant get out of its own way with any consistency. I dont see pounding the rock between the Gs as a viable way to stop the blitzing.

    so lets hear some alternatives to putting 5 targets on the field

    JC total objection seems to be "we suck...we can't do that". Friggin ignorant. Pretty simple concept..this isn't rocket surgery....if you have 5 out receiving then at MOST the d can only bring 6 at the qb. Unless of course they go to some type of zone which in itself has holes to take advantage of.
