All I can say is "WOW"!

He's as good as convicted, IMO.

I doubt he will face the full 15 years but I'm sure he will get some time out of it.

good. there should be no tolorance in for drunk driving. I don't care if you're an NFL receiver or a blue collar guy having a few drinks after work, its stupid and highly preventable.

The minimum is 4 years. He could serve 12 to 18 months and be free. I say thats the least that will come out of this.

Dude committed the crime. There is less intent here, but everyone knows the law. He must be punished.

I agree he should be punished. Just because life was so great for him and going to prison would be a dramatic change doesn't mean he should get off easy by no means. Someone is dead as a result of this.

He's done for... he'll never play in the NFL again to say the least. And he will be spooning with hairy men for several years, of course.

The Browns just caught a huge break.....they can now get out of that terrible contract they just gave Stallworth! He's always been over-rated. Now maybe they can use the rest of the offseason to rebuild Braylon Edwards confidence, and figure out a way to fill the huge void left by Kellen Winslow II.

Celebrities, Athletes, millionaires, etc. should be punished equally like everyone else. Though its a poor judgment call and he didn't deliberately kill a person, driving drunk is a selfish act and when you take someone's life its a crime because everyone knows it's wrong and against the law. Though, for this case, he shouldn't get 15 years and doubtfully will due to lawyers, pleas, etc. I am sure though, the family of the victim may feel so grieved about this that they may be wishing Stallworth could get life for this.

Plenty of regular people get out of harsh sentences. Plea deals are reached every day that you don't hear about because they aren't celebrities.

I'm sure he'll do some time, but it won't be more than 4-6 year sentence, and he'll probably serve less than two years. It will really screw with his NFL career though. It's possible that they would work out a deal where he can serve his time in shifts in the offseason, or maybe miss one season of football and then serve additional time in shifts. They did that for Ahmad Bradshaw, I believe.
