Has planned a visit with us and Buffalo.

 

The moment I saw this on Twitter when I was in class I knew I would log on and see a thread about him.

 

Raiders are mentally retarded. This guy can play.

If we don't bring Finny back, this is a no brainer. Either way I'm sure he'll land somewhere else. Steelers would be my bet.

 

The Steelers don't need to pay for man-to-man corners. They play zone the vast majority of the time.

 

The fact that he is visiting the Titans is definitely not a good sign for those who want Finnegan to return.

 

I didn't really think about that.

The Steelers are desperate at corner though. Nnamdi went from man to zone, struggled a while, but picked it up at the end of the season.

Anyone have a link that shows he's visiting us?

Then again, he's free to sign now and he's about as good as Finnegan. It makes sense for the Titans to see if they can get him for cheap now and then not waste any time on Finnegan once FA starts. At least the front office is being proactive. I just hope it doesn't piss Finnegan off if the Titans don't get Routt. Maybe it will make him realize he's not as indispensable as he thinks. Not sure why, but I get the impression Finnegan's contract demands are way too high.

 

I really think this team needs another boundary corner. McCourty is pretty good on one side, but Finnegan and Verner are both better in the slot than they are outside.

I'd be pretty happy about getting Routt and moving Verner inside permanently.
