Ive been over there "talking smack" (not really) and finally gave up. It's like a herd of 300 people that respond with completely off the wall half-related nonsense.

Me: I don't think Rivers is a great clutch hall of fame qb as you make him out to be. He hasn't really been clutch when it mattered most- which is why he's never won anything.

Them: OH YEAH?! WELL YOUR QB SUCKS!! Rivers is undefeated in December!








and boy do they cry about how "dirty" of a team we are. I've only heard that we're a dirty team from 1 team's fanbase... and it's not any of our rivals. No, but it's the Chargers. Because we hurt Shawne Merriman with a legal hit and he cried about it for weeks.

This post made me remember how corny Chargers fans are.

I remember we finally lost a game last year and a Chargers fan on another board brings up the Denny Green - they are who we thought they were... "joke" as if we still weren't playing better than the entire NFL. (Excuse me, they crowned the Jets as they always do after a few games)

Today I say even if we made the playoffs, the entire AFC got lucky with Bulluck going out, and they swear we've never been in the playoff picture.

They have some sort of vendetta against us. Maybe this was before my time, like the hatred between us and Pittsburgh before the re-alignments. But they sure are pitiful fans. I hope we go out there and send them home with a "-1" on their precious December stat.

The chargers have the most obnoxious fans in the league. The way they talk you'd think they have a storied history that includes five or six SB wins.

Yeah, you probably have about as much of a chance of convincing them that was a legal hit as you would convincing the city of Buffalo that Frank didn't throw a forward pass. :ha:

Here's what's funny. My uncle lived in San Diego from the late 80s to mid 90s and has told me that NOBODY in that city gave a crap about the Chargers. He would go to games every now ans then and see more opposing fans there than Charger fans.

As for them calling us dirty, wow just get over it. Besides how many of our players beat up women AND use steroids? Last time I checked they have one player who does both.

Wow couldn't have said it better myself. All they truly have are wasted opportunities in the playoffs and an kicking courtesy of Steve Young. Seriously how bad do you have to suck when your an 18.5 point underdog going into a Superbowl?

Every chargers fan i've met have all been y s. They're one of the team fanbases that I really get aggressive and end up nearly fighting often..those teams include in this order:

1. steelers fans
2. Ravens fans
3. Chargers fans

i get more arguments and y idiot bandwagon fans startin more with me over being a titans fan than I get from fans from the rest of the AFC south, lol.

I'm riding to the game with our business partner and his friend who both happen to be Charger fans... what sucks is I haven't a leg to stand on to talk history... dating back to just 'o4 they have handed it to us three times in regular season and have eliminated us from the playoffs... so I'm just going to be quiet...
