    may not be all that talented, but they play aggressive and make the offense play at their pace. Titans play soft and let opponents do what they want. Defense needs a complete philosophy change

    I can see Griffin trying to safety blitz like Polamalu does... qb would shake him off like water. Or he'd straight miss the tackle.

    No, Gray isn't the issue. Not executing, not wrapping up on tackles is the issue. Those are solely on players.

    Titans defense stopped being aggressive as soon as Schwartz walked out the door - is that safe to say? At least it seems to me anyways - I remember the Titans being a hard-nosed, grind it out tough defense. Seems like the last 3 years or so have been vanilla, soft, two-hand touch, regardless of whose been the DC.
