Over the years, I've listened to Pandora, Slacker, Spotify and MOG. I've not taken the plunge to subscription levels but might do it soon.

Of the ones I visit the most, MOG has the best sound quality and collection, IMO. But I wanted to hear from any of you who subscribe to any of these services as to which you prefer.

99% of my use will be wifi from my iPad or laptop.

I subscribe to Pandora and like it. Took me a bit to customize my stations and figure out to dislike certain songs for certain stations.

I mostly use MOG on my laptop, and agree that it has the best sound quality. Try Songza...I've used it on my iPad recently, and it's probably my second favorite, next to MOG.

I like last fm the best and you can get this on the 360 for free but most people subscribe to use it on their phone or desktop.

I was liking MOG most, but I find myself using Spotify again now that I don't actually pay for MOG.

Rdio I really liked because of their set-up, but their play limits (i listen to a lot) kept me from sticking with them.

I recently downloaded Songza on the iPad. I enjoyed it on vacation because I could select a "mood" and it offered some nice combinations. But I couldn't figure out how to create my own playlist.

Spotify does a pretty good job of creating a station based on an artist. I don't think MOG does this. The best part of Panadora and Slacker is creating your own radio station that you can add and delete from over time. I don't know if Spotify or MOG allow you to do this.

It depends on what I am doing, really. I usually use Pandora when I am working on school projects, just because of the ability to create your own station and edit it. If I just want to listen to music, I use MOG or Songza, because I like the interface better.

I think Pandora has the best value if you want to subscribe to a service, as it seems to be the cheapest (as far as I know) out there, but it doesn't even come close to the amount of tracks that MOG or Spotify has.

I may have to try Rdio, I have heard good things about it.

    Some questions about Songza...

Any playlists published gets other songs mixed in when listened to by the creator (like Pandora) but I can't find a way to delete, add or skip any songs which play on my own playlist.

As far as I can see, once you create a playlist, you can't delete it. Unpublished or not.

It won't allow me to unfollow anyone.
