In terms of passing yards, Atlanta's defense is ranked 27th.

Also, Matt Ryan has only had 4 games with a QB ranking under 100..

All of those games were against top 10 defenses.

New England is ranked 8th in total defense...

I think taking the UNDER 59.5 total points = printing money.

You're giving Belichick 2 weeks to prepare. It would be uncharacteristic for Pats D not to show up.

Someone talk me out of betting huge on that.

I am also thinking about doing an alternate line with ATL at +7.5 points as a "Safe bet"

Patriots have never won or lost a Super Bowl in the TB era by more than 4 points.

This game reminds of me of when the Patriots played the "The Greatest Show on Turf" back in 2001 and held them to only 17 points in the Super Bowl.

I think people will be enamored with ATL putting up all those points against the Packers. The Packers kept shooting themselves in the foot in that game.

I just don't feel like the Patriots are capable of making those types of mistakes. Everything seemingly went the Falcons way in the game. Every tipped pass, every bounce, every flag....

Everytime I see the Patriots play, that type of stuff never seems to happen to them in their games. Let's be honest too, Green Bay's defense was beat up and suspect in some areas. That is the defense that let the Titans run up the score. Patriots? I just don't see it happening.

I will cheer for the falcons but I expect Brady and Beli-cheat to win their 5th ring.

I wonder if there is any distractions on the Falcons side with Shanahan likely leaving for the 49ers?

One of the things I hate is when a team has a coach or coordinator talking to another team while there is a big game in their future.

Not only Shanahan but the QB's coach might be gone too

I think these things are distractions for the coaches. I think coaching wins Super Bowls vs. Raw Talent.

From a psychological standpoint, it's hard to have big career moves live in your head rent free.

And to @LANGSTER point, who knows what kind of dishonest, unethical conduct is going on in the Patriots locker room.

Let's say they do "Cheat" in this Super Bowl. What's the worst that will happen? The NFL will do 2 year long investigation, fine some people, suspend some people, but they won't take away the Lombardi trophy or make them forfeit games and championships like they do in college football/basketball.

    NFL has somewhat incentivized cheating.

I am sure that even as I am writing this Bill Belichick has a small army of hot women who are intent on getting information from anyone related to the Falcon organization. Players, Coordinators, trainers, physical therapists, equipment handlers, ball boys, janitors, and even cheerleaders. The level of subterfuge is immense and when it is discovered it will be remembered as "Super Pimp Gate."

    Falcons = 28 Patriots = 21
