If the last 10 years have said anything about the Titans ownership, I wouldn't see simple as the most likely scenario.

Idk the details but if Amy gains as little as 1% she becomes majority owner

I think it was 1/3 hers, 1/3 her sisters, and the last 1/3 cut into smaller pieces among a couple others

Can't imagine she sold her 1/3 to an outside party, but again Idk any deets
